Food Security Grants

Arctic Slope Community Foundation (ASCF) recognizes the need for food security in our Arctic Slope communities. The ASCF Board of Directors established a designated food security fund to reduce food insecurity within the Arctic Slope region.

Our newly established Food Security grant provides funding to purchase food for distribution to community members. Eligibility is limited to non-profit organizations, city and tribal governments who serve the Arctic Slope communities.

Food security funds are being distributed in Anaktuvuk Pass, Wainwright, and Barrow. We encourage eligible entities from Point Hope, Point Lay, Wainwright, Atqasuk, Nuiqsut, and Kaktovik to apply.
