Digital Literacy (Digi-Lit) Program
Building stronger communities through better use of technology

PURPOSE

The Digi-Lit Program helps communities strengthen how they use technology in daily work.

What is Digital Literacy? 

Digital Literacy means being able to:

- Use computers and systems 
- Find and understand information 
- Communicate safely and clearly 
- Create and share information 

Goal: Support long-term, practical improvements for tribes, cities, and organizations.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN - Now - September 2026

- Community visits across all 8 villages 
- Conversations with leadership and staff 
- Simple surveys and technology review 

By December 2026

- Regional digital needs report 
- Individual organization reports

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- Opportunity to share your needs 
- Clear view of your current tech strengths & gaps

- Practical recommendations for improvement 
- Information to support grants and future projects

- Continued partnership with ASCF

Tribal governments, City governments, 
Nonprofits, Churches and community organizations
